Speaker Information:

Pamela Reed Phipps with Grace House Ministries

Pamela Reed Phipps is the Executive Director of Grace House Ministries, a Christian nonprofit that provides homes for girls in foster care. At Grace House she is responsible for managing the day to day operations as well as raising awareness and funds to support the ministry.

Prior to joining Grace House, Pamela was the owner and etiquette consultant of Nsideout Etiquette; conducting business, church and youth etiquette seminars throughout Alabama.

Pamela worked in executive level administrative positions at several companies including the Birmingham law office of Constangy, Brooks and Smith, AmSouth Investment Services and Girls Incorporated of Central Alabama. Notable is her 10 year professional modeling career, which was the key that unlocked her passion for mentoring young girls. In 2000, she won 2nd place in a national modeling contest and in the same year she cofounded Virtuous Young Women an all-girls discipleship ministry at Faith Chapel Christian Center. Pamela's leadership experience brings a unique and diverse range of approaches to the work at Grace House Ministries. The Birmingham Business Journal featured Pamela in the class of 2014 "Top 40 Under 40" and she graduated in the Leadership Birmingham Class of 2015.

Currently, Pamela serves on the board of directors at Creative Montessori School in Homewood. A Birmingham native, Pamela and her husband Bennie live in Hoover with their three sons: Douglas, Stuart and Reed. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University.

Pamela will always be an advocate for girls and is committed to empowering and equipping young ladies to be confident and Godly women.
